Wine.Eh is a Toronto-based wine community and experience company bringing people together through good wine, great company and thoughtfully curated experiences. We offer a social wine club, local events, private wine tours, corporate experiences, group travel and more.
Do I need to know anything about wine?
Not at all! Whether you're a wine enthusiast or just figuring out what you like, you're welcome here. We're all about making wine approachable, enjoyable and social.
Do I have to be a Wine.Eh member to attend events or book experiences?
No! Many of our public events, private experiences, tours and travel opportunities are available to non-members. Members enjoy additional benefits depending on their membership tier.
Where is Wine.Eh located?
We're based in Toronto, Ontario, with experiences throughout the Greater Toronto Area, Niagara wine country and beyond. We also organize international group travel.
Is Wine.Eh inclusive and beginner-friendly?
Absolutely! Wine.Eh is built around creating welcoming spaces where people from different backgrounds can connect, explore and enjoy themselves. You don't need wine expertise or an existing group of friends to participate.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests participating in wine tastings and alcohol-related experiences must meet the legal drinking age of the location where the event takes place. In Ontario, that's 19 years old.
Wine Club & Membership
What is included in a Wine.Eh membership?
Membership benefits vary by plan and may include access to our community, partner perks, exclusive discounts, members-only events, complimentary drinks at eligible meetups, early event access and special experiences.

Can I join the club alone?
Of course! Many of our members attend their first event solo. Our gatherings are designed to make meeting new people feel natural and comfortable.
Do I have to attend every meetup?
Not at all! Join us whenever your schedule allows. There's no pressure to attend every event.
Are monthly meetups included in membership?
Meetup access and included benefits depend on your membership tier. Please check your membership plan for details about eligibility and complimentary drinks.
Do I need to RSVP for monthly meetups?
Yes! Meetups have limited capacity, so eligible members must RSVP in advance. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to membership benefits.
What happens if a monthly meetup is cancelled?
Meetups require a minimum number of confirmed attendees to proceed. If Wine.Eh cancels a meetup, confirmed eligible attendees who were entitled to a complimentary drink may receive a one-time drink rollover to the next eligible meetup. Rollovers cannot be accumulated.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes! Wine.Eh memberships are monthly subscriptions with no long-term commitment. You can cancel your subscription to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous membership charges.
How do I use my partner perks?
Visit our member perks page to explore participating businesses and available offers. When redeeming an in-person benefit, show your active Wine.Eh membership page or perk card. Individual offers may have their own conditions or exclusions.
Can I bring a friend to a members-only meetup?
Members-only meetups are reserved for eligible members unless the event specifically allows guests. Your friends are always welcome to explore membership or attend our public events.
Public Events
What kinds of events does Wine.Eh host?
Our calendar includes wine tastings, social meetups, wine crawls, winery outings, creative workshops, seasonal celebrations and other curated experiences. We're always exploring new ways to bring people together.
Are your events only about wine?
Not at all! Wine might bring us together, but connection is the real point. Some experiences include activities, food, travel, entertainment and other ways to enjoy time together.
How do I register for an event?
Visit our Upcoming Events page, select the experience you're interested in and follow the registration or ticket-purchase instructions.
Can I attend an event by myself?
Absolutely! Coming solo is completely normal at Wine.Eh. Our events are designed to encourage conversation and make meeting new people easier.
Are food and drinks included in event tickets?
It depends on the event. Some tickets include tastings, drinks, meals, activities or transportation, while others include only specific experiences. Each event listing explains what's included before you purchase.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend an event?
Refund and transfer conditions vary by event. Please review the terms listed on the event page before purchasing. If your plans change, contact us as soon as possible to discuss any available options.
Private Wine Tours & Celebrations
Can I book a private wine tour?
Yes! We organize curated private wine experiences in Niagara wine country, including transportation, winery selections, reservations and optional hosting.
What occasions can you plan experiences for?
Birthdays, anniversaries, bachelorette celebrations, date days, proposals, reunions, group outings and just-because celebrations. If you have an idea, we'd love to hear it!
How many people can join a private tour?
Our smaller private Niagara experiences are designed for groups of 2–4 guests. We can also coordinate larger groups with appropriate transportation, including limousines, sprinters and buses.
How much does a private wine tour cost?
Our private Niagara experiences start at $450, with final pricing depending on group size, transportation, itinerary, winery selections and any additional services requested.
Is transportation included?
Transportation is included in select hosted private tour packages. For larger groups and custom experiences, transportation may be quoted separately. We'll clearly outline what's included before confirming your booking.
Where does pickup take place?
Our private Niagara tours generally offer pickup from Toronto, with other GTA pickup locations available by arrangement. Additional transportation fees may apply depending on the location.
Can we choose which wineries we visit?
Absolutely! We're happy to consider your favourite wineries, preferred wine styles and overall vibe. Final selections depend on availability, location and the experience you've booked.
Are tastings and food included?
Inclusions vary by package. Standard tasting reservations may be part of your itinerary, but tasting fees, meals and upgrades are only included when specifically stated in your booking confirmation.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for weekends, larger groups and special occasions. Last-minute requests may be accommodated depending on availability.
Can we drink alcohol in the vehicle?
No. Alcohol consumption is not permitted inside vehicles in Ontario.
Corporate & Team Experiences
Does Wine.Eh organize corporate events?
Yes! We create customized experiences for businesses, teams and organizations, including wine socials, client appreciation events, team outings and Niagara wine experiences.

Yes! We can explore experiences for both intimate teams and larger organizations. The final format, venue and transportation options will depend on your group size and budget.
Can you work within our company's budget?
Absolutely! Share your approximate budget, group size and goals, and we'll explore options that make sense. We'll also be transparent about what's realistic and what's included.
Can you provide transportation for corporate outings?
Yes! We can help coordinate group transportation through our transportation partners, depending on the event and location.
Can you organize an event that isn't strictly wine-focused?
Definitely! We love bringing people together and can explore food, activities, entertainment and other experiences that suit your team.

Can Wine.Eh plan an experience without hosting it?
Yes! Our custom planning services are designed for guests who want expert recommendations, an organized itinerary and help navigating the options without necessarily booking a fully hosted experience.
What is included in a planning consultation?
Our consultation is an opportunity to discuss your ideas, group size, budget, preferred location and logistics. We'll help identify the most suitable direction for your experience.
Can you create a custom itinerary for us?
Yes! We can help curate winery visits, tasting experiences, dining recommendations, transportation options and timing based on your preferences and budget.
Will Wine.Eh make all the reservations?
That depends on your selected service. Some packages include reservations and vendor coordination, while planning-only services may provide recommendations for you to book independently. Concierge support can be discussed when needed.
Wine Travel & Group Trips
Does Wine.Eh organize international trips?
Yes! In addition to our Ontario experiences, we organize curated group travel that brings together wine, culture, exploration and community.
Do I have to be a Wine.Eh member to travel with you?
Not necessarily. Eligibility varies by trip, and some opportunities may be available to non-members. Members may receive early access or special pricing.
Can I join a group trip if I'm travelling alone?
Absolutely! Solo travellers are welcome. Depending on the trip, you may be matched with another traveller for shared accommodation.
How are roommates assigned?
For trips with shared accommodation, we consider room availability, compatibility and guest preferences. We may arrange a conversation before confirming a roommate match.
Are flights included in the trip price?
Flight inclusions vary by trip. Each itinerary and booking page will clearly outline whether airfare, accommodation, transportation, meals and activities are included.
Do you offer payment plans for international trips?
Payment schedules may be available for select trips. Deposits, instalments and final payment deadlines are provided before booking.
Do I need travel insurance?
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, including emergency medical coverage and trip cancellation or interruption protection.
Can Wine.Eh plan a private wine getaway?
Yes! We can help create personalized wine-focused getaways for couples, friends, celebrations and groups, depending on the destination and services required.
Shop, Shipping & Gift Cards
What can I purchase from the Wine.Eh shop?

Do you sell wine online?
Our merchandise shop focuses on wine-inspired products and accessories. Wine purchases and tastings are generally arranged through participating wineries and licensed venues.
How much does shipping cost?

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on the product, production requirements, destination and shipping method. Any estimated processing and delivery times provided during checkout are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Can I change or cancel my merchandise order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once an item has entered production or has shipped.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
