Whether you're organizing a private tour, event, bachelorette, corporate experience, or just have an idea you want to bring to life — this call is where we map it all out. You don’t need to have everything figured out. That’s what I’m here for. During this 30-minute consultation, we’ll walk through: • What you’re planning • Your group size + vibe • Budget expectations • Location + logistics • What’s realistic (and what’s not 👀) • The best way to bring your vision to life This is perfect if: • You want a curated, elevated experience but don’t know where to start • You’ve been going back and forth on ideas • You want expert guidance before committing • You don’t want to waste time or money figuring it out yourself What Happens Next After the call, I’ll recommend the best path forward, which may include: • A fully hosted experience • A custom itinerary • Event planning support • Venue + winery recommendations • Or a mix of everything If additional planning or services are required, you’ll receive clear next steps and pricing. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Wine.Eh for your custom wine travel planning experience. Please review the following policies before booking. Planning Consultation A $50 CAD planning deposit is required to secure your 20-minute consultation call. • The deposit is non-refundable • The deposit is applied toward your final itinerary total • Calls will not be held without payment This ensures dedicated time, preparation, and personalized attention for your experience. Pricing & Payment Custom itineraries start at $175 CAD, with final pricing determined after your consultation based on: • Group size • Region • Complexity of planning • Add-ons selected The remaining balance must be paid in full before itinerary delivery. No itinerary work will begin until final payment is received. Delivery Timeline Your completed itinerary will be delivered within 5–7 business days after full payment. Rush delivery (48-hour turnaround) may be available for an additional fee. Revisions Each itinerary includes one minor revision. Additional revisions or major changes (such as date changes, region changes, or group size changes) may incur an additional fee. Scope of Service Wine.Eh provides curated planning and recommendations only. Clients are responsible for: • Securing final reservations (unless Concierge Add-On is selected) • Transportation arrangements • Wine purchases and tasting fees • Adhering to winery policies Wine.Eh is not liable for cancellations, weather disruptions, policy changes, or third-party service issues. Cancellations Planning deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your consultation, 24 hours’ notice is required. Missed calls without notice will require a new booking fee. Client Responsibility Clients must provide accurate group details, budget range, and preferences during consultation to ensure a well-aligned itinerary. Significant changes after delivery may require a new booking. By booking a consultation, you agree to the terms outlined above.
