Enjoy a fully curated group wine experience hosted by Wine.Eh. From winery tours across Ontario to wine bar hopping in Toronto, every detail is tailored to your group’s vibe. Perfect for birthdays, team building, girls’ trips, mini celebrations, proposals, or first-time wine explorers. We take care of all the planning, transport, reservations, timing, and photos so you can relax and sip without stress. Your experience includes: • Private pickup & drop-off from the GTA • Visits to curated wine stops • Standard tasting reservations at each stop with option to upgrade to a tour. • A personalized printed itinerary • On-the-day hosting (guidance, timing, support) • Optional photo & video capture • A small Wine.Eh welcome touch (ex: mini toast or keepsake cup) After you submit your booking request, I’ll reach out within 24 hours to confirm your group size, pickup location, winery preferences, and optional add-ons. At this stage, I’ll also confirm your final price based on your selections, so everything feels clear before payment.
Cancellation Policy
Payment A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and begin planning your experience. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your scheduled date via e-transfer. Bookings confirmed within this window require full payment upfront. Cancellation All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made 10+ days in advance may receive a refund on any additional payments made (excluding the deposit). Cancellations within 10 days are non-refundable. In the event of severe weather or unexpected winery/vendor closures, your experience will be rescheduled or refunded as appropriate. Changes & Planning Once your deposit is received, planning and vendor coordination will begin. Changes to group size, itinerary, or inclusions may impact pricing and are subject to availability. Late Arrivals Please ensure your group is ready at the scheduled pickup time. Experiences run on a fixed schedule and cannot be extended for late starts. Conduct For safety and legal reasons, alcohol is not permitted inside the vehicle. Wine.Eh experiences are designed to be fun, elevated, and respectful of all guests and partners. Minimum Spend Private group experiences are subject to a minimum spend, which varies based on date, group size, and inclusions.
